Settle the mind and body. Measure what's real.

Psiphase uses paced breathing, sound and guided suggestion to help you settle. With a heart sensor it can respond to you as you go. It tells you plainly what it measures and what it doesn't, and it never dresses an experience up as proof.

Not yet on the App Store. In testing now, on iPhone.

Two ways in

Both start the same way, by settling you. They differ in what happens once you're settled.

Self-Regulation

Works through your body's own control loops. Paced breathing near six breaths a minute, a pulsed tone, a soundscape you choose, and a voice that thins as you settle. Build your own session or pick a recent one. Pair a Polar H10 heart sensor and the session can hold a phase longer, ease off, or move on, depending on how you're actually doing.

Self-Hypnosis

Works through words. A fixed, research-defined process that plants suggestion toward a goal you choose: calm, sleep, confidence, focus. Around 15 to 25 minutes. It never claims a trance depth, and the steadiness check and the do-not-drive step run every single time.

Access drill

About six minutes. Settle, open your eyes, re-enter, a few times over. It owns the one honest progress score in the app: how long it takes you to get back in.

Imaginative journeys

Three guided journeys, framed before any scenery as imaginative, not memory. The scripts are written never to lead you toward particular content, and you can stop at any point.

One principle runs through everything

What Psiphase measures is real physiology. What it offers as experience is meaning. The two are kept apart, and the app never lets one borrow the other's authority.

Measured

Your breath, your stillness and, with a strap, your beat-to-beat heart intervals. Slow paced breathing is the best-evidenced thing the app does, and it works with no sensor, no headphones and no tone at all.

Offered

Intentions, journeys and the ideas behind them. Interesting, sometimes meaningful, and always labelled as experience rather than evidence.

Told straight

Where the science is thin, the app says so, including the studies that cut against it. It paces you near six breaths a minute because that's where most people's resonance sits. It does not find yours, and it says that too.

On your phone, full stop

Sessions, notes, settings and sensor readings are stored on the phone only. No account, no server, no analytics. There is nowhere for it to go.

Yours to export or delete

One action hands you a dated backup file. One action deletes everything. Optional Face ID lock for a shared phone.

Not a medical device

Psiphase is for settling and self-exploration. It is not a treatment for any condition. If you're unwell, talk to someone qualified.
